Hence any customer proposing to purchase a product can ask for a video call before placing an order and satisfy himself with all the features and functionalities are the one which he is looking for

Refunds
As we provide our customers with all the facilities to check the functions and functionalities of the product virtually, we do not encourage returns or refunds for the products sold.
Damaged or Defective Items
In case of manufacturing defect please contact us within 24 hours of delivery of your product at gadgetoria4@gmail.com or call us at ‪+91 9392027916. The defect request should be accompanied along with unpacking video of the product. The video should not have any editing or cut, and merge done and the package shall not move out of the frame of the video even once.
